Describe the number of bags, their approximate size and weight, and any oversized items. Tell us whether the luggage is travelling with you or needs a separate collection and delivery. A bag count alone may not describe the space required.

Provide pickup and delivery addresses, a contact at each end and the requested time window. Arrange access, loading and the handover with us before sending luggage. Keep passports, money and essential medication with you.

Separate luggage transport needs a contact at both ends, an agreed collection window and a clear description of every item. Explain stairs, restricted entrances or other access needs before a quote is prepared. Get Ride checks the requested arrangement and confirms what can be accepted. This page does not promise luggage storage, airline baggage handling or acceptance of every item.

Can luggage travel without me?

You can request separate collection and delivery. Acceptance, contacts, timing and handover arrangements must be confirmed before you send anything.

Can I send oversized luggage?

Provide dimensions, weight and a description. Suitability and any handling requirements are checked individually; a suitcase count alone is not enough.

What if my bags are travelling with a group?

Include the complete passenger and luggage list in the transfer enquiry, so both seating and loading space can be considered together.
