Let your driver know while you visit the baggage desk. Send an update when you are ready, so you can agree the next pickup steps.
Cannot find the meeting point?
Stay inside the terminal and send your terminal, level and nearest exit sign. Agree a meeting point with your driver before moving elsewhere.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting from actual landing. Contact your driver if delayed; extra waiting is charged only at a price agreed before it is incurred. Read the booking and waiting policy.

Tell Get Ride in advance about walking assistance or mobility needs so we can confirm a suitable meeting point and vehicle arrangements. If you need specialist wheelchair transport or medical assistance, discuss your requirements before booking.
