A clear plan after landing

Share your flight number, arrival date and a reachable mobile number. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver and check the vehicle and meeting details before heading outside. Follow the instructions supplied for your own booking.

Personal meeting arrangements

If you would like a Meet & Greet with a name sign, tell us the displayed name and your arrival details when requesting your journey. Agree the meeting location and any extra charge in advance. Let us know about reduced mobility or help needed to reach the vehicle.

Keep arrival information together

Before travelling, keep your booking reference, flight details and the agreed contact number available on your phone. If your terminal, flight or luggage collection changes, contact Get Ride with the updated information. Meeting arrangements and any requested assistance are confirmed for the individual journey. A name-sign greeting should be requested explicitly rather than assumed to be included.

Is Meet & Greet included automatically?

Request a name-sign greeting when enquiring. Get Ride confirms availability, the meeting point and any additional charge before it is agreed.

What should I do if the flight changes?

Send the updated flight and arrival details as soon as possible. Ask Get Ride to confirm the revised pickup and waiting arrangements.

What if I cannot find the driver?

Contact Get Ride or the driver using the details supplied with your booking. Confirm your terminal, exit and current location before moving to another meeting point.
