Tell us about the animal and its carrier
When requesting your journey, include the animal species, number of animals and approximate size. Give the outside dimensions of each carrier or crate, together with your suitcases and passenger count. This lets us discuss a suitable vehicle and the travel arrangements before you book.
Tell us about anything that affects safe loading or the journey, such as a large crate or a need for planned breaks on a longer route. Agree the restraint or carrier arrangement in advance.
Airport journeys with a pet
Check the airline’s animal-travel requirements before setting your pickup time. Your ground transfer and the airline’s acceptance are separate arrangements. Share the flight number, terminal and any appointment for animal check-in. For arrivals, allow for collection and applicable entry checks before meeting the driver.

Veterinary appointments and other handovers
For a clinic, boarding address or relocation, provide the exact entrance and the contact who will hand over or receive the animal. Say whether you will accompany your pet. If you need a journey without an accompanying passenger, contact us first to agree who is responsible at each end and which arrangements can be confirmed.
For a return after an appointment, discuss the timing separately. An uncertain collection time should be agreed with us rather than entered as a guaranteed departure.
Longer and cross-border journeys
Send both full addresses, intended travel date and any planned stops. Check the current entry and travel requirements with the relevant authorities and your vet. We do not treat a transfer booking as confirmation that travel documents or airline requirements have been met.
